Losses in the greenback arena are leading people to gold. The weaker the dollar becomes, the more attractive gold becomes as a hedge against inflation.~~

Other factors? Consider the rising oil prices, fear of massive government debt.

I am not sure that I agree with some of these people pushing gold at you with no regard to anything else.

They want you to invest to help THEM. Shorting the dollar and US Treasuries sure sounds good to them, but is it the best thing to help the overall economy? I think not.
