Goldcorp Inc. has agreed to sell their San Dimas gold and silver mine in Mexico to Mala Noche.
For a total compensation of $500 million which is divided into 3 large bulks, where Mala Noche would pay them $270 million cash, give them $175 million worth share of Mala Noche, and $50 million note to be paid in 5 years with a 5 per cent interest per annum.
