Gold stocks are slated to sell at significant premiums at traditional earnings measures or value measures of net assets within the next year, says CIO of Cabot Money Management in Massachusetts.

Analysts agree that acquisitions will accelerate as larger gold companies buy up the smaller, cash-strapped companies.

Stocks of gold mining companies have spiked recently, not in small part due to the lower costs of fuel, equipment costs and raw materials.
