| Gold One Internation comes to life with Union of Aflease and BMA GoldShareholders overwhelmingly approved a combination of Aflease Gold and BMA Gold to create the brand new gold exploration, mining and development company Gold One International.~~The transaction was approved by the JSE and the South African Reserve Bank. The new company, which will be listed on the Johannesburg and Australian stock exchanges, will hold assets including the new Modder East mine belonging to Aflease which should start producing by the end of 2009.
